多级空气源热泵系统仿真及试验研究

Simulation and experimental study of multistage air source heat pump system

摘要: 利用Simulink对粮食烘干机多级空气源热泵系统进行数学建模,利用所建模型对热泵系统的制热量、出风温度及性能系数(COP)进行预测,分析环境温度工况对热泵系统制热量、出风温度及性能系数的影响,并通过实际的生产试验,对仿真结果进行验证。结果显示,环境温度对热泵系统的性能有明显的影响,在环境温度为0℃~20℃的试验范围内,随着温度的增加,热泵系统的热风温度、制热量、COP均呈增加的趋势。在0℃~20℃环境温度下,热风温度、制热量和COP仿真值与实测值之间的平均相对误差,分别为120%、95%和1402%,均小于15%。表明所开发模型的预测效果良好,可以用于多级空气源热泵系统的设计和试验研究。

Abstract: The multistage air source heat pump system of food dryer was modeled by Simulink, and the heat production, air outlet temperature and performance coefficient (COP) of the heat pump system were predicted by the built model. The influence of ambient temperature conditions on the heat production, air outlet temperature and performance coefficient of the heat pump system was analyzed, and the simulation results were verified by the actual production test. The results show that the ambient temperature has an obvious influence on the performance of the heat pump system. In the test range of 0℃-20℃, the hot air temperature, heat production and COP of the heat pump system all increase with the increase of the ambient temperature. At 0℃-20℃, the average relative errors of hot air temperature, heat production and COP between simulated and measured values are 120%, 95% and 1402%, respectively, which are all less than 15%. The results show that the developed model has good prediction effect and can be used in the design and experimental study of multistage air source heat pump systems.
