一种蔬菜苗移栽机自动取投苗装置夹取轨迹优化

Optimization of the clamping trajectory of an automatic fetching and throwing device of a vegetable seedling transplanter

摘要: 为降低取投苗装置对穴盘苗钵体的损伤,通过构建运动学模型,对一种单自由度蔬菜苗移栽机自动取投苗装置的夹取轨迹进行分析。针对装置取苗指插入姿态不理想和摆动幅度较大的问题,连杆长度与行星轮系中的轴间距相等,实现装置往返取苗轨迹曲线的重合;改变凸轮槽参数使其取苗段轨迹与凸轮轴心轨迹斜率相等实现取苗指姿态及轨迹在重合状态下插入取苗;优化支架与取苗指结构参数使取苗指姿态与其尖点轨迹重合,减小了插入方向的截面积。对推苗杆有效推苗的问题,采用阶梯型廓线提供苗钵初速度。针对取苗指挤压苗钵的问题,优化轴向凸轮廓线得到组合规律凸轮轮廓曲线,使取苗指在插入过程中取苗指姿态与其尖点轨迹在末端夹角缩小至0.117°。

Abstract: In order to reduce the damage to the seedling substrate caused by the seedling picking and throwing device, a kinematic model was constructed and used to analyze the gripping trajectory of a single DOF seedling automatic picking and throwing device. Aiming at the problem of the unsatisfactory insertion posture and large swing of the picking finger, the length of the connecting rod was made equal to the axis distance in the planetary gear train so that the trajectory curves of the reciprocating seedling retrieval could overlap. Additionally, the cam groove parameters were changed to make the cam groove seedling insertion track and the camshaft center track have the same slope. This ensured the picking finger posture and the trajectory to insert tray coincided. Also, the parameters of the bracket and the finger were optimized to make the posture of the finger coincide with the cusp track thereby reducing the crosssectional area of the insertion direction. A stepped profile was adopted for the disc cam to improve the success rate of pushing seedlings. In order to avoid squeezing the seedling bowl with fingers, the axial cam contour line was optimized to be the combined regular cam profile curve, so that the angle between the seedling finger posture and the track of the end cusp of the finger was reduced to 0.117° during the insertion process.
