水稻生产全程机械化关键环节虚拟仿真实验资源建设

摘要: 针对水稻生产全程机械化教学实验和试验设计涉及的农业机械多,配备相应的资源成本高、维护难、共享性能差,且受水稻生长季节、农田条件影响大等问题,设计水稻生产全程机械化关键环节虚拟仿真实验平台。采用面向服务的软件架构,设计水稻生产全程机械化中5个关键技术环节和10种作业机具或装备的虚拟仿真教学资源体系,构建实验资源共享机制和科教融合的共享平台,并建立虚拟实验室管理模式,推动水稻生产全程机械化关键环节虚拟仿真实验教学资源的在线开放和共享;将南方特色作物生产机械技术特征和优势领域科研成果渗透到本科实践教学环节,创新实验教学方法,提升学生专业技能和解决实际问题的能力,提高人才培养质量。

Abstract: There are many problems facing experimental teaching and experimental designs throughout the mechanization of rice production, such as a large number of farm machines, the high cost of corresponding materials, the difficulty of maintenance and sharing, and the influence of ricegrowing season and farm conditions. In this context, a virtual simulation experiment platform was developed for the key aspects of the whole process of rice production mechanization. Serviceoriented software architecture was adopted to design a virtual simulation teaching resource system, including five key technical aspects and ten operational implements (equipment). At the same time, a sharing mechanism of experimental resources and a platform of science and education combination were developed. The virtual laboratory management mode was then constructed to promote the online opening and sharing of virtual simulation experimental teaching resources of key aspects of the whole process of rice production mechanization. In terms of undergraduate practical teaching, the technical characteristics of the production machinery of southern specialty crops were combined with the scientific research achievements in our universitys advantageous fields to develop innovative experimental teaching methods. It could both improve students professional ability to solve practical problems and improve the quality of personnel training.
