Abstract29)      PDF (2683KB)(37)
Aiming at the problems such as difficult efficiency and low cleaning rate of small grain cleaning, manual operation of the existing grain cleaning device to achieve different sizes, different crops of different screening speed, complicated operation, not easy to adjust to the ideal speed and length, a grain air sieve cleaning device and air volume and wind speed monitoring system were designed. The parameters of the key components of the cleaning device were designed and calculated, and the threedimensional model of the cleaning machine was established. The air volume and wind speed monitoring system was designed to realize the remote monitoring of the air volume and wind speed of the air screen cleaning device, and the optimal effect of the wind speed of the fan could be achieved through the accurate adjustment of parameters. In order to obtain the best performance parameters of the cleaning device, with the cranking speed and fan speed as test factors, and grain impurity content and cleaning loss rate as evaluation indicators, a twofactor, fivelevel quadratic orthogonal rotational combination test was carried out to determine the best parameter combination. When the crank speed was 225 r/min and the fan speed was 915 r/min, the grain impurity content was just 2.42% and the cleaning loss rate was 2.77%. The verification experiment was carried out on the optimization results, and the verification results were basically consistent with the optimization results.

Abstract212)      PDF (2814KB)(403)
In order to clarify the effects of microwave drying parameters on moisture content and temperature of sorghum, the continuous drying test is carried out on the tunnel microwave dryer using the japonica sorghum “Longza 10” as raw material. The influence of magnetron tubes arrangement and microwave action distance on the sorghum drying uniformity of the experimental dryer is simulated and analyzed by HFSS software. The results show that with the increase of power per unit mass in the range of 2-6 W/g, the extent of moisture content is accelerated first and then gradually decelerates and the temperature of grain decreases. With the increase of drying time per cycle in the range of 1.02-5.0 min, the extent of moisture content is significantly increased and the grain temperature increased significantly. With the increase of air velocity in the range of 0.0-2.0 m/s, the extent of moisture content is decreased and the temperature of grain decreases slightly. The simulation analysis shows that the uniformity of electromagnetic field distribution is better when the magnetron tube of the dryer is arranged in “three two three arrangement way” and when the microwave action distance is 250 mm. It is shown theoretically that the tunnel microwave dryer used in this experiment is beneficial to the drying uniformity of sorghum. The research results will provide theoretical and data support for the industrial application of sorghum microwave drying.
