With the continuous promotion of rural revitalization policies in China，the  intelligent and informationized agricultural machinery is widely used. With the increasing variety and quantity of agricultural machinery, agricultural machinery accidents still exist to a certain extent. Agricultural machinery insurance has become a means of reducing the risks of agricultural machinery safety production, which is of great significance to maintain the stable growth of farmers income and the rural social harmony and stability. Based on the survey data of agricultural machinery safety in 200 counties (cities) in 30 provinces and cities across China from 2019 to 2020, 340 agricultural machinery service organizations were selected to analyze the situation of agricultural machinery insurance. At present, there are still some problems, such as low coverage of agricultural  machinery insurance, single types and unbalanced development of agricultural machinery insurance, low enthusiasm of underwriting and insuring agricultural machinery insurance, low awareness of safety production in agricultural machinery service organizations, etc., this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions such as actively seeking for the government support, widening the scope and types of agricultural machinery insurance, strengthening the publicity of agricultural machinery insurance, and strengthening the safety skills training of agricultural machinery service organizations.

In order to scientifically evaluate the demonstration effect of the comprehensive intelligent agricultural machinery demonstration park in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct a demonstration effect evaluation index system with 5 firstlevel indicators and 18 secondlevel indicators for demonstration park, the relative weight of each indicator is obtained based on experts value and layerbylayer analysis. The results show that the technical effects in the firstlevel indicators and the application of professional technology in the secondlevel indicators have the highest weights, which are 0.579 and 0.528, respectively. The above two indicators have a greater impact on the effect of comprehensive intelligent agricultural machinery demonstration park. Taking into account the scores given by experts to each indicator, the ecological effect demonstration score is the highest by 8.065. The data analysis shows that the use of intelligent agricultural machinery management information platform, financial investment and production benefits of main crops accounts for a low weight in the total, 0.001 8, 0.001 485 and 0.007 285, respectively. These indicators with low evaluation scores become the key factors to continue to strengthen attention in the future.

Developing industries is an important basis for consolidating poverty alleviation efforts in poverty-stricken areas and effectively linking them with rural vitalization. In the critical period of poverty alleviation, industrial poverty alleviation promotes poverty alleviation by developing and utilizing industrial resources in poor areas and organizing the participation to benefit the poor population. In order to understand the effect of the industrial development model in poverty alleviation areas under the background of rural revitalization, this paper selects the industrial poverty alleviation model in Lingao County, Hainan Province as the research object and uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to comprehensively evaluate its effect from five levels of policy, economy, society, ecology, and technology. The results show that the total effect values of the three models are 6.217, 6.439 and 6.506 respectively. There is not much difference in the effect of poverty alleviation industrial models in this region, but there is a certain degree of gap between the indicators in each model. The most effective poverty alleviation model is the enterprise + bank + poor household model. It is recommended to take measures such as exploring the mechanism of benefit connection of poverty alleviation industries, improving the development level of poverty alleviation industry clusters, and broadening financing and sales channels to consolidate the effective connection between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
