饲料收获机金属探测系统研究进展

Abstract: During the operation of the feed harvester, metal objects such as iron wires left in the field can easily mix with the grass and cause damage to machine components. The increase in maintenance time can easily miss the optimal harvesting time for grass, and the subsequent consumption of mixed metal grass by livestock can pose a serious threat to their gastrointestinal health. Therefore, equipping highperformance metal detection device is gradually becoming an essential system for feed harvesting machinery. Currently, most feed harvesting machinery produced by foreign manufacturers are equipped with metal detection devices, but the models produced by domestic manufacturers are rarely equipped with such devices, and the stability and sensitivity of related performance also have a significant gap compared to foreign products. Through literature review, the demand for metal detection devices in feed harvesters was analyzed, and the principle of metal detection technology was briefly described. The application and development of metal detection technology in feed harvesters at home and abroad were compared and analyzed. In view of the current technical challenges and trends in domestic metal detection, such as system sensitivity, integration, system response time and braking control strategy, suggestions are proposed to accelerate the research and development, testing, and promotion of metal detection systems in the future, and to overcome the bottleneck problem of the core key system of feed harvesting machinery in China.

摘要: 饲料收获机作业时田间遗落的铁丝等金属物易混入饲草对机器零部件造成损伤,维修时间的增加易错过饲草最佳收获时间,后续牲畜采食混有金属的饲草易对其肠胃健康造成严重威胁。因此,配备性能优良的金属探测装置逐渐成为饲料收获机械的必备系统。当前国外厂商生产的饲料收获机械大多配备有金属探测装置,但国内厂商生产的机型配备该装置还极少,相关性能的稳定性和灵敏度也与国外产品有较大差距。通过查阅文献资料,分析饲料收获机对于金属探测装置的需求,简述金属探测技术原理,对比分析国内外金属探测技术在饲料收获机上的应用及发展。针对国内金属探测目前存在的系统灵敏度、集成度,以及系统响应时间、制动控制策略等技术挑战与趋势,提出未来加快金属探测系统研发和试验、推广应用建议,攻克我国饲料收获机械核心关键系统“卡脖子”问题。
