Development and test of crawler self-propelled green soybean harvester

Abstract: In view of the lack of green soybean harvester in China at present and the complex structure and high price of foreign machines,in order to improve the mechanized harvesting efficiency and picking net rate,reduce the breakage rate and impurity rate,a crawler self.propelled green soybean harvester is designed and developed. This paper describes the structure and working principle of the harvester. The harvester adopts full hydraulic drive. The key components such as hydraulic system,picking mechanism and cleaning mechanism are analyzed and designed. The field test results show that this designed green soybean harvester can finish the functions of picking and cleaning well. The production efficiency is 
0. 17 hm2/h,picking net rate is 95. 1%,the breakage rate is 2. 4% and the impurity rate is 4. 2%. This green soybean harvester has high harvesting efficiency and good quality,and all parameters meet the design requirements.

摘要: 针对目前我国缺乏青毛豆收获机械且国外机型整机结构复杂、价格昂贵的问题,为提高青毛豆机械化收获效率和采净率,降低破损率和含杂率,设计研制一款履带自走式青毛豆收获机。阐述收获机整机结构和工作原理,采用全液压驱动,对液压系统、采摘机构、清选机构等关键部件进行分析和设计。田间试验结果表明:所设计的青毛豆收获机能够较好地实现采摘和清选的功能,生产效率为 0. 17 hm2/h、采净率为 95. 1%、破损率为 2. 4%、含杂率为 4. 2%,收获效率高、质量好,各参数满足设计要求
