Abstract: Agriculture production in China has entered a new stage dominated by mechanization, shifting to highquality development from highspeed growth in the quantity of equipment. By reviewing the evolution and the practical experience of highquality development, this paper analyzes the theoretical logic and the current status of agricultural mechanizations highquality development from the perspective of demandside management. In order to promote the highquality development of agricultural mechanization, it also puts forward policy recommendations such as improving the institutional system, strengthening support and regulation policies, improving the construction of infrastructure for the highefficiency application of agricultural machinery, and training more skilled professionals.

摘要： 我国农业生产已进入以机械化为主导的新阶段，农业机械化开始由数量上的高速增长转向高质量发展。在讨论高质量发展的基本内涵和主要特征的基础上，从需求侧管理的视角对农业机械化高质量发展的理论逻辑和基础现状进行分析，从制度建设、支持与规制政策创新、基础条件建设、技能型专业人才培养等方面提出促进农业机械化高质量发展的政策建议。
