甜菜联合收获机液压系统设计与试验

Abstract:  Aiming at the problems of low automation and low efficiency of beet combined harvester,the hydraulic system of sugar beet combined harvester was designed, and the composition and working principle of the hydraulic system were introduced. Through theoretical analysis and calculation, the main parameters and selection of hydraulic components of the hydraulic system were determined. The test results showed that the design of the hydraulic system was reasonable and usable. The temperature of the working system rose to 62.3 ℃ after 3 hours, the temperature of the operating system rose to 55.6 ℃ after 3 hours, the pressure of the front pump circuit of the working system was 12.5 MPa, the pressure of the back pump circuit of the working system was 13.5 MPa, and the extension time of the loading arm was 15.6 s. The harvest test showed that the combine had stable and reliable performance and high operation efficiency, with an impurity rate of 4.9%, a loss rate of 3.0%, and an operating efficiency of 1.08 hm2/h. All the results values were in line with relevant standards.

摘要: 针对目前甜菜联合收获机自动化程度低,收获过程操作复杂导致收获效率低的问题,基于甜菜联合收获机工作过程设计液压系统,介绍液压系统组成和工作原理。经理论分析和计算,确定液压系统液压元件主要参数和选型。试验结果表明:3 h工作系统温升62.3 ℃、3 h操作系统温升55.6 ℃、工作系统前泵回路压力12.5 MPa、工作系统后泵回路压力13.5 MPa、装车臂伸展用时15.6 s等各项被测指标结果均在相关标准规定范围内,验证该液压系统设计的合理性和可使用性;还进行整机试验表明:该联合收获机工作性能稳定可靠、作业效率高,含杂率为4.9%、损失率为3.0%、作业效率约为1.08 hm2/h,均符合相关要求。
