摘要: 农业机械化是农业现代化的重要组成部分。马铃薯是我国第四大粮食作物,产业链条长,马铃薯生产和初加工机械在产业发展过程中起着积极的推动作用。随着我国马铃薯主产区向具有比较优势的区域转移,西北、西南丘陵地区成为马铃薯生产的主要区域。然而,受特殊地形地貌、多样气候等多种因素约束,该区域农业机械化水平相对滞后,已成为制约马铃薯产业发展的主要因素,尤其对马铃薯种薯繁育、供应影响尤为显著。通过分析甘肃中部丘陵地区农业机械在马铃薯种薯产销全程劳动替代效果显著、农机具配套难度大、农机宜地化推进慢的应用现状,以及马铃薯种薯农机作业的宜地性、使用的适用性、种薯繁育的机械化需求特点,提出从协作创新适度超前研发宜地配套农机,重点突破精工制造模块化宜地农机具,政策扶持模式创新推进宜地农机应用三方面加快推进甘肃中部丘陵地区马铃薯种薯农机宜地化进程,以提高马铃薯产业发展的质量和效益。

Abstract: Agricultural mechanization is an important component of agricultural modernization. Potatoes are the fourth largest food crop in China, with a long industrial chain. The machinery of potato production and initial processing play a positive role in the process of industrial development. As the main potato production areas in China shift towards regions with comparative advantages, the northwest and southwest hilly areas have become the main regions for potato production. However, constrained by various factors such as special terrain, diverse climate conditions, etc, agricultural mechanization in this region is relatively lagging behind, which has become the main factor restricting the development of the potato industry, especially affecting the seed potatoes, breeding and supplying. By analyzing the application status of agricultural machinery in the potato seed tuber industry chain of hilly areas in central Gansu Province, which characterized by significant labor substitution effects in full-process production and marketing, challenges in equipment compatibility, and slow advancement of terrain-adaptive mechanization, along with the characteristics of seed potato farming machinery operation location adaptability, application suitability and mechanization demand of seed potato planting and supply. It is proposed to accelerate the process of potato seed and potato agricultural machinery in the central hilly areas of Gansu Province from three aspects such as moderately advanced research and development of suitable supporting agricultural machinery, key breakthrough of precision manufacturing modular suitable agricultural machinery, and innovation of policy support mode to promote suitable agricultural machinery application, so as to improve the quality and benefit of potato industry development.
