摘要: 为探究全球玉米胚芽油应用发展态势,基于incoPat专利数据库,运用文献计量法,从时间发展趋势、市场布局、技术领域分布、专利价值评估和研发机构特征等维度,深入剖析我国与国际玉米胚芽油技术布局的结构性差异。研究结果表明,当前全球玉米胚芽油利用技术已进入成熟稳定期,美国和中国是主要的技术来源国;核心技术聚焦于国际专利分类(IPC)中的A61K、A61P、C07D和A61Q,显示其在有机合成化学、医药卫生领域的技术优势及较高的合享价值度;欧美发达国家的国际性专利和核心研发机构占比显著高于其他国家,其技术布局高度集中于生物制药等高附加值领域;我国在国际性布局、高价值专利研发、重点企业培育等方面与发达国家差距显著。据此,建议强化关键核心技术攻关,完善技术储备体系;提升国际市场战略意识,依托PCT体系优化全球专利布局;构建专利产业化示范平台,深化产学研协同创新机制,全面推进玉米胚芽油全产业链高值化发展。

Abstract: In order to explore the global development trends in corn germ oil applications, this study conducted an in-depth analysis using bibliometric methods and data from the incoPat patent database. It examined structural differences in corn germ oil technological layouts between China and the international community from multiple dimensions, including temporal development trends, market distribution, technical field distribution, patent value assessment, and the characteristics of research and development institutions. The research results revealed that current global corn germ oil utilization technologies have entered a mature and stable stage, with the United States and China emerging as the primary sources of innovation. Core technologies are concentrated in the International Patent Classification (IPC) categories A61K, A61P, C07D and A61Q, highlighting strong technological advantages in organic synthetic chemistry and medical health-related applications, as well as a relatively high shared value. Developed countries in Europe and North America hold a significantly higher proportion of international patents, and leading research and development institutions, with a strong concentration in high value-added fields such as biopharmaceuticals. In contrast, China lags behind in terms of international patent layout, the development of high-value patents, and the cultivation of key enterprises. Therefore, it was deemed necessary for China to strengthen the research and development of core technologies, improve its technological reserve system, raise strategic awareness of the international market, and optimize global patent distribution through the PCT system. The study recommends building demonstration platforms for patent industrialization, enhancing collaboration among industry, academia, and research institutions, and comprehensively advancing the high-value development of the entire corn germ oil industry chain.
