水田搅浆埋茬平地机压茬装置设计与试验

Design and test on stubble pressing device of paddy field slurry mixing and stubble burying grader

摘要: 为改善水田搅浆埋茬平地机平整度低、灭茬率低、农户工作强度大等问题。研制水田搅浆埋茬平地机压茬装置,并进行关键部件的设计,选取弹齿直径为5 mm,弹齿个数为33个;设计平地拖板宽度为290 mm,长度为3 500 mm,单个铲宽为100 mm,单个铲长为50 mm,平地铲数量19个。利用设计的弹齿模型在EDEM仿真软件中进行单因素和三因素三水平正交试验,研究弹齿轴转速、弹齿下压深度和机具前进速度对平整度和灭茬率产生的影响。单因素试验结果表明,随着机具前进速度、弹齿转速、弹齿下压深度增大,灭茬率先增大后减小,平整度先减小后增大。多因素试验结果表明,确定弹齿转速320 r/min,机具前进速度4 km/h,弹齿下压深度12 cm为较优方案。经田间试验与仿真试验对比,该机器满足水稻插秧前的搅浆整地要求。研究结果可为水田搅浆埋茬平地机的发展奠定基础。

Abstract: In order to improve the problems of low flatness, low stubble removal rate, and high work intensity of farmers, the land leveler for mixing slurry and burying stubble in the paddy field is designed. The stubble pressing device of the paddy field stirring stubble grader is developed, and the key components are designed. The diameter of elastic teeth is 5 mm, and the number of elastic teeth is 33. The designed width of the flatland carriage is 290 mm, the length is 3 500 mm, the width of a single shovel is 100 mm, the length of a single shovel is 50 mm, and the number of flatland shovels is 19. Using the designed elastic tooth model, single factor and threefactor threelevel orthogonal tests are carried out in EDEM simulation software. The effects of elastic tooth shaft speed, elastic tooth pressing depth, and forward machine speed on flatness and stubble removal rate are studied. The single factor test results show that with the increase of the forward speed of the machine, the rotating speed of the spring teeth, and the pressing depth of the spring teeth, the stubble removal first increases and then decreases, and the flatness first decreases and then increases. The multifactor test results show that it is determined that the rotation speed of spring teeth is 320 r/min, the forward speed of machines and tools is 4 km/h, and the reduction depth of spring teeth is 12 cm as the optimal solution. By comparing field test and simulation test, the machine meets the requirements of slurry mixing and land preparation before rice transplanting. The research results can lay a foundation for the development of paddy field stirring stubble grader.
