中小规模禽舍适用的无线环境监控系统设计

Design of wireless environment monitoring system suitable for small and mediumsized poultry houses

摘要: 针对已有监控系统存在设计冗余、部署复杂、成本较高难以在生产规模较小的禽舍推广使用的缺点,设计并实现一种适用于中小规模禽舍使用的环境监控系统。系统中的无线监测器采用低功耗WiFi技术实现,可为系统提供较为精准的数据采集功能。监测器通过不同的子任务流程,实现周期性的低功耗控制策略。业务服务器基于树莓派单板电脑,采用基于Java的Spring Boot框架,可在实现用户接口的同时,使用底层硬件接口对环控设备实施自动化控制。长期对比测试表明,该系统可降低禽舍用电量约7.71%,使禽类淘汰率降低0.8%。系统所具有的硬件实现成本低、部署简便、环境监控准确可靠等特点,使该系统在中小规模禽舍中具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages of redundant design, complex deployment, and high cost of existing monitoring systems, which are difficult to promote and use in smallscale poultry houses, an environmental monitoring system suitable for small and mediumscale poultry houses is designed and implemented. The lowpower WiFi technology was used to design the wireless monitor, which can provide the system with more accurate data collection. The monitor implements a periodic lowpower control strategy through different subtask processes. The backend server is based on the Raspberry Pi singleboard computer and adopts the Spring Boot framework based on Java language. While realizing the user interface, the server also uses the underlying hardware interface to control the environmental control equipment automatically. Longterm comparative tests show that the system can reduce the power consumption of poultry houses by 7.71% and reduce the rate of poultry elimination by 0.8%. The system has the characteristics of low hardware implementation cost, easy deployment, accurate and reliable environmental monitoring, which gives the system a high promotion and application value in small and mediumsized poultry houses.
