贵州丘陵茶园田间管理机设计与试验

Design and test of field management machine in Guizhou hilly tea plantation

摘要: 针对贵州丘陵茶园存在地形落差大、地块碎片化,小型茶园田间管理机开沟深度不合格,大型茶园管理机体积较大、茶园通行条件差、生产效率低等问题,研制一种适合贵州丘陵茶园作业的轮式田间管理机。对茶园管理机整体结构进行方案设计,理论计算机具工作的最小实际功率。田间试验前,调整扶手支架装置和仿形限深装置使其适用于不同身高操作者和不同区域茶园开沟作业;田间试验后检测沟深,根据田间试验结果继续优化机具直至定型。试验结果表明:该机器开沟深度为174~236 mm,平均沟深为202 mm,开沟深度稳定系数为92.4%。该机具灵活性和通用性好,开沟性能参数均满足茶园田间管理的农艺要求。

Abstract: In view of the characteristics of large terrain drop and fragmentation of plots in Guizhou hilly tea gardens, small tea garden field management machine cannot ensure ditching consistency, and the large‑scale tea garden management machine is large in size, poor traffic conditions and low in production efficiency. Therefore, a wheeled field management machine suitable for hilly tea gardens in Guizhou was developed. The overall design of the whole structure of the tea garden management machine was carried out. The minimum actual power of the equipment was calculated theoretically. Before the tea garden field experiment, the armrest bracket device and imitation depth limiting device were adjusted to make it suitable for different height operators and ditching operations in different regions tea garden; after the tea garden field experiment, the ditching depth was detected, and the machine was continuously optimized according to the field experiment results until it was finalized. The field experiment results show that the trenching depth of the machine was 174-236 mm, the average trench depth was 202 mm, and the trenching depth stability coefficient is 92.4%. The ditching performance parameters of the machine which has good flexibility and versatility meet the agronomic requirements of tea garden field management.
