Spatialtemporal coupling of agricultural modernization in Jiangsu Province based on the measurement of “efficiencyecologymanagement”

摘要: 基于“农业生产效率—农业生态环境—农业经营管理”复合系统(以下简称PEM系统)视角对江苏省农业现代化发展水平、空间格局及耦合协同水平进行研究,对江苏省农业现代化全面转型增效具有重要意义。综合运用耦合协调度模型分析江苏省13个地市农业现代化水平及PEM系统耦合协调度,采用弹性系数模型对省域2006—2018年农业现代化水平与PEM各子系统的依存性进行评价。结果表明:江苏省农业现代化水平平均得分从005上升到014,年均增长109%,高水平地区始终为苏南5市,低水平格局表现为自苏中向苏北、自沿海往内陆推进的趋势。江苏省PEM系统耦合度和系统协调度分别由2006年的099和037升至2018年的100和038,PEM系统耦合度均值由057降到054,下降幅度达556%,震荡差异化特征明显。各地市农业现代化与PEM各子系统依存水平的排序是农业生态环境子系统>农业经营管理子系统>农业生产效率子系统,与PEM系统依存类型从单一往多样转变。提出应立足自身资源与发展不足,注重各地市之间农业现代化协同差异化发展和PEM各子系统发展的精准施策。

Abstract: Based on the perspective of “agricultural production efficiencyagricultural ecological environmentagricultural management” composite system (hereinafter referred to as PEM system), the research on the development level, spatial pattern and coupling synergy level of agricultural modernization in Jiangsu Province is of great significance to the overall transformation and efficiency of agricultural modernization in Jiangsu Province. The coupling coordination degree model is comprehensively used to analyze the agricultural modernization level of 13 prefectures and cities in the province and the coupling coordination scheduling of PEM system. The elasticity coefficient model is used to evaluate the dependence between the agricultural modernization level of Jiangsu Province and each subsystem of PEM from 2006 to 2018. The results show that the average score of agricultural modernization level in Jiangsu Province has increased from 0.05 to 0.14, with an average annual growth of 1.09%. The highlevel areas are always five cities in southern Jiangsu, and the lowlevel pattern shows the trend of advancing from Central Jiangsu to northern Jiangsu and from coastal to inland. The coupling degree and coordination degree of PEM system in Jiangsu Province increased from 0.99 and 0.37 in 2006 to 1.00 and 0.38 in 2018 respectively. The average coupling degree of PEM system decreased from 0.57 to 0.54, with a decrease of 5.56%. The characteristics of shock differentiation are obvious. The order of dependency level between agricultural modernization and PEM subsystems in various cities is agricultural ecological environment subsystem > agricultural operation and management subsystem > agricultural production efficiency subsystem, and the dependency type with PEM system changes from single to diverse. It is proposed that we should focus on the coordinated and differentiated development of agricultural modernization among different cities and the precise policies for the development of PEM subsystems based on our own resources and development deficiencies.
