西南地区玉米增产潜力与机械化支撑能力研究

Study on maize yield increase potential and mechanized support capacity in Southwest China

摘要: 围绕我国西南地区玉米增产潜力挖掘和机械化支撑能力,分析西南玉米生产潜力提升的制约因素、提升途径以及机械化技术支撑保障措施。针对当前西南地区玉米种植面临的种植条件和模式复杂、玉米种植面积稳中有降、玉米单产提升较快但仍偏低、机械化水平过低等问题,研究提出复耕撂荒地和低效林地园地、稳步有序扩大间套作、加快提升玉米单产等三种有效扩大西南地区玉米产能的渠道,改地适机和改机适地是西南地区玉米扩大生产提高产能的两大关键措施。深入分析改善农机作业通行条件的主要内容、改造空间和可行性,分环节厘清当前西南玉米机械化发展现状、存在问题,从破解西南地区玉米种植气候复杂、土壤黏重、农艺多样等问题明确改进方向。最后提出分解玉米扩大生产任务、改善农机作业通行条件、加快关键环节机具补短板、推进农机农艺融合、构建全程机械化生产模式、加快培育壮大规模经营主体等发展建议。研究表明,通过改善西南丘陵山区农机作业通行条件以及加快补齐玉米机种、机收短板,能有效推动复耕撂荒地和低效林地园地、有序扩大间套作以及提升玉米单产,西南玉米产量预计可增加超过8 000kt。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the two main contents of exploiting the maize production potential in Southwest China and improving the mechanization supporting capacity, and makes an indepth study on the constraints, main channels and technical support measures of mechanization for the expansion of production. Aiming at the problems of complex planting conditions and models, stable and declining corn planting area, rapid but still low increase in maize yield per unit area, and low level of mechanization, the research proposed three effective channels to expand maize production capacity in Southwest China, namely, restoring abandoned land and lowefficiency forest land, steadily and orderly expanding intercropping, and accelerating maize yield per unit area. The two key measures to expand maize production and increase maize production capacity in Southwest China were to change the land to accommodate machinery and adapt the machinery to the land. The main contents, transformation space and feasibility of improving the passage and working conditions of agricultural machinery were deeply analyzed, the current situation and existing problems of corn mechanization development in Southwest China were clarified by link, and the improvement direction was clarified from solving the problems of complicated corn planting climate, heavy soil viscosity and diverse agronomy in Southwest China. Finally, it put forward development suggestions such as decomposing corn to expand production tasks, improving the access and working conditions of agricultural machinery, speeding up the key link of machinery and tools to make up for shortcomings, promoting the integration of agricultural machinery and agriculture, building a fullprocess mechanized production mode, and accelerating the cultivation and expansion of largescale management bodies. The study showed that by improving the operation and traffic conditions of agricultural machinery in the hilly and mountainous areas of Southwest China, speeding up the repair of corn machinery seed and the short board of machinery harvest, it could effectively promote the rehabilitation of abandoned land and lowefficiency forest land, orderly expansion of intercropping and increase the yield of corn per unit area, and the corn yield in Southwest China is expected to increase by more than 8 000kt.
