立式玉米脱粒装置设计与试验

摘要: 为减小脱粒机械整机尺寸,提高机械通用性,采用立式脱粒方式,设计一种锥形外筒与轴流脱粒滚筒相配合的立式脱粒装置,在控制脱粒装置尺寸的同时保证脱粒质量。阐明立式脱粒装置的结构与工作原理,分析脱粒过程中脱粒元件的受力情况,设计一种弓齿式脱粒元件。通过EDEM软件对果穗与弓齿接触时的受力进行仿真分析,确定最佳弓齿直径为10mm。以滚筒转速、脱粒间隙和弓齿弯曲半径为试验因素,以籽粒破碎率为试验指标进行试验并进行单因素方差分析。结果表明:籽粒破碎率随滚筒转速增加而增加,随脱粒间隙增加而减小,随弓齿弯曲半径增大而减小,其中滚筒转速与脱粒间隙对立式脱粒装置籽粒破碎率影响较为显著。最终选出立式脱粒装置最优的滚筒转速为300r/min,脱粒间隙为80mm,弓齿弯曲半径为20mm,此时籽粒破碎率为4.67%,符合国家标准要求。该研究为开展新型玉米脱粒装置提供新的思路。

Abstract: In order to reduce the size of the threshing machine and improve its versatility, a vertical threshing device with a conical outer cylinder and an axial flow threshing drum was designed to ensure the quality of threshing while controlling the size of the threshing device. The structure and working principle of the vertical threshing device were expounded, and the stress on the threshing element during the threshing process was analyzed. An archtoothed threshing element was designed, and the force of the contact between the ear and the bow teeth was simulated and analyzed using EDEM software. The optimal diameter of the bow teeth was determined to be 10 mm. The roller speed, threshing gap, and bending radius of arch teeth were used as test factors, and the grain breakage rate was used as the test index. The results showed that the grain breakage rate increased with the increase of drum speed, decreased with the increase of threshing clearance, and decreased with the increase of the bending radius of arch teeth. The roller speed and threshing clearance had a significant effect on the grain breakage rate of the vertical threshing device. Finally, the optimal drum speed of the vertical threshing device was selected as 300 r/min, the threshing gap was 80 mm, the bending radius of bow teeth was 20 mm, and the grain breakage rate was 4.67%, which meets the requirements of national standards. This study provides a new idea for developing a new type of corn threshing device.
