摘要: 随着农业农村现代化的推进,在全面推进乡村振兴的国家战略驱动下,高职院校农机装备领域人才培养将迎来新的挑战。聚焦农机装备领域高端化、智能化、绿色化对岗位的新要求,以培养学生解决实际问题的能力和创新能力为主线,以农机装备产业发展驱动专业升级改造、以企业生产实际项目驱动专业课程改革,通过课程体系与产业需求、课程标准与职业标准、教学过程与生产过程“三对接”,教育链、人才链、产业链、创新链“四链融合”,培养高职院校农机装备领域创新型拔尖技术人才,以期为同类院校提供参考。

Abstract:

With the progress of agricultural and rural modernization, a new challenge to cultivate talents in the field of agricultural machinery and equipment in higher vocational colleges has emerged under the national strategy of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. This research centered on the latest requirements of high‑end, intelligent, and green positions in the field of agricultural machinery and equipment. The main line was to cultivate students' practical problem‑solving ability and innovative ability. The objective of the research was to promote the upgrading and transformation of the major through the development of agricultural machinery and equipment industry, promote the curriculum reform of the major through actual enterprise production projects and cultivate innovative top‑notch technical talents in the field of agricultural machinery and equipment in higher vocational colleges through the methods called “three connections” and “four chains integrations”. The “three connections” include the connection between the curriculum system and industry demand, curriculum standards and vocational standards, teaching process and production process. The “four chains integrations” include education chain, talent chain, industry chain and innovation chain. The research provides a reference for talent cultivation in similar vocational colleges.
