新型旋耕起垄抛土装置设计与试验

Design and testing of a new type of soil throwing device for rotary plowing and mowing

摘要: 在起垄覆膜种植过程中,需要均匀有效地抛送土壤从而压实地膜。基于此,设计一种新型旋耕起垄抛土覆膜机械并对其抛土装置进行分析。首先对抛土过程进行理论分析,接着通过对抛土装置的离散元仿真分析,确定抛土刀片的长度及宽度参数,然后分析不同的刀片数量、转速、刀片倾斜角对抛土量的影响,最后利用Design-Expert软件对单因素试验进行方差分析,建立抛土量平均值回归模型。得到抛土量最优值的参数组合:刀片数量为4个,抛土轮转速为275 r/min,刀片倾斜角为130°。对最优参数组合进行田间试验,结果表明,平均抛土质量为10.4 kg/s,满足农艺作业要求。

Abstract: In the process of ridging and mulching planting, it is necessary to evenly and efficiently throw the soil to compact the mulching film. Based on this, a new type of rotary tillage and seedling soil throwing and mulching machine is designed and its soil throwing device is analyzed. Firstly, the theoretical analysis of the soil throwing process was carried out, then the length and width parameters of the soil throwing blades were determined through the discrete element simulation analysis of the soil throwing device, and then the effects of different blade numbers, rotational speeds and blade tilt angles on the soil throwing volume were analyzed, and finally, an ANOVA analysis was carried out on the onefactor test by using the Design-Expert software to set up the regression model of the mean value of the soil throwing volume. The parameter combination to obtain the optimal value of the amount of soil thrown: the number of blades is 4, the rotation speed of the soil throwing wheel was 275 r/min, and the blade tilt Angle was 130°. Field tests were conducted on the optimal parameter combinations. The results showed that the average quality of soil dumping was 10.4 kg/s, which met the requirements of agronomic operation.
