液压式棉田地膜回收压捆机设计与参数优化

摘要: 针对棉田地膜收储运困难、易造成二次污染等问题,设计一种液压式棉田地膜回收压捆机,可一次性完成棉田地膜的回收和液压压捆作业。根据机具初步试验结果,将挑膜滚筒转速、机具前进速度、切刀线速度、地膜喂入量、地膜厚度作为试验因素,将地膜回收率、压缩密度和缠膜率作为目标值,进行5因素3水平的BoxBehnken试验,采用DesignExpert软件进行响应面分析,建立相关的数学模型和目标函数,进行样机作业参数组合优化计算,并对优化结果进行试验验证,最终确定样机的最优作业参数组合。结果表明:样机进行地膜回收压捆作业时的最优作业参数组合为挑膜滚筒转速4800 r/min,机具前进速度0.80 m/s,切刀线速度2.47 m/s,地膜喂入量0.52 kg/次,地膜厚度0.012 mm,地膜回收率95.09%,压缩密度137.68 kg/m3,缠膜率8.91%。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of difficult collection, storage and transportation of plastic film in cotton field and easy to cause secondary pollution, hydraulic baling machine for cotton field film recycling was designed, which could implement the recovery and hydraulic baling of cotton field film at one time. According to the preliminary test results of the machine, the BoxBehnken test with 5 factors and 3 levels was carried out. In the test, rotation speed of pick film roller, forward speed of the machine, linear speed of cutter, field film feeding amount, field film thickness were taken as the test factors, and recycling rate of field film, compression density and wrapping film rate taken as target value. The response surface analysis was carried out by using DesignExpert software, the relevant mathematical model and objective function were established, the operation parameter combination optimization calculation of the prototype was carried out, the optimization results were verified by tests, and finally the optimal operation parameter combination of the prototype was determined. The results showed that the optimal operation parameter combination was rotation speed of pick film roller of 48.00 r/min, forward speed of the machine of 0.80 m/s, linear speed of cutter of 2.47 m/s, field film feeding amount of 0.52 kg/times, field film thickness of 0.012 mm, recycling rate of field film of 95.09%, compression density of 137.68 kg/m3, wrapping film rate of 8.91%, when the prototype was used for film recycling and baling.
