巨菌草扦插机扦插机构优化设计与试验

Optimization design and test of cuttings mechanism of Pennisetum giganteum transplanter

摘要: 为提高巨菌草扦插机的扦插合格率,优化设计扦插机的五连杆扦插机构。同时针对南疆土壤特点,利用Matlab软件对扦插鸭嘴机构进行优化改进,以提高扦插机在南疆地区扦插合格率。借助EDEM和ANSYS软件模拟扦插鸭嘴扦插土壤时所承受的载荷。然后使用Design Expert软件对扦插机扦插频率、扦插深度和土壤湿度这三个参数进行回归分析,进而建立回归模型,通过回归试验得出试验因素与试验指标之间的回归方程,并结合实际情况选定这三个因素的最佳值:扦插机扦插频率为51株/min,扦插深度为50mm,土壤湿度为45%。试验结果表明:优化后的巨菌草扦插机的扦插合格率达到875%以上,平均扦插合格率为92%,满足在南疆地区大面积推广机械化种植的要求。

Abstract: In order to improve the cutting qualification rate of the Pennisetum giganteum transplanter, the fivelink cutting mechanism of the cuttings machine was optimized. At the same time, to address the soil characteristics of southern Xinjiang, the platypus mechanism of cuttings was optimized and improved using Matlab software to improve the qualification rate of cuttings machines in southern Xinjiang. EDEM and ANSYS softwares were used to simulate the loads on soil from cuttings duckbill. Then, Design Expert software was used to perform regression analysis on the three parameters of cuttings frequency, cuttings depth, and soil moisture. A regression model was established, and the regression equation between the test factors and the test index was obtained through the regression test. The best values of these three factors were selected based on actual circumstances: the cutting frequency of the cuttings machine was 51 plants/min, the cutting depth was 50 mm, and the soil moisture was 45%. The test results showed that the qualified rate of cuttings of the optimized Pennisetum giganteum transplanter reached more than 87.5%, with an average cutting qualification rate of 92%, meeting the requirements of largescale promotion of mechanized planting in southern Xinjiang.
