双刀型哈密瓜削皮机的改进与回归试验

 Improvement and regression test of double knife type Hami melon peeler

摘要: 为提高哈密瓜的去皮率,同时降低哈密瓜两顶端的残留量,设计改进一种内圆弧式的定位叉结构。同时针对抱果夹机构安全性的问题,把夹持块结构改进为抱抓型,以增强人工作业过程中的安全性。为确定驱果电机转速频率、削刀电机转速频率和入切角的最佳值,采用SPSS软件对这三个参数进行多元线性回归分析,建立多元线性回归数学模型,通过回归试验得出试验因素与试验指标之间的回归方程,并确定试验因素参数的最佳值:驱果电机转速频率为32 Hz,削刀电机转速频率为25 Hz,入切角为26°。试验结果表明:双刀式哈密瓜削皮机的去皮率达到89.1%以上,平均去皮率为91.1%,满足企业的实际加工要求。

Abstract:  In order to improve the peeling rate of cantaloupe and reduce the amount of residue on the two tops of cantaloupe, an improved inner arc type positioning fork structure was designed. Concurrently, in view of the safety challenges facing the fruit holding and clamping mechanism, the clamping block structure was improved to a holding and grasping type to enhance safety in the manual operation process. In order to determine the optimal value of the drive motor speed frequency, cutter motor speed frequency, and cutting angle, SPSS software was used to perform multiple linear regression analysis on these three parameters, establish a multiple linear regression mathematical model, and obtain the experimental factors through regression tests. Regression equation with the test index was used to determine the best value of the test factor parameters whereby: drive fruit motor speed frequency was 32 Hz, cutter motor speed frequency was 25 Hz, and cutin angle was 26°. The test results show that the peeling rate of the doubleknife cantaloupe peeling machine was over 89.1%, and the average peeling rate was 91.1%, which meets the actual processing requirements of the enterprise.
