荞麦物料特性及剥壳过程试验研究

 Experimental research on buckwheat material characteristics and shelling process

摘要: 针对荞麦在剥壳加工过程中,生产率受原料品种、饱满度等影响会发生变化,经常导致原料供应不足或过剩的问题。对不同品种、饱满度的荞麦分别测定其容重、休止角、滑动摩擦系数、内摩擦系数等物料特性参数,并进行方差分析明确品种、饱满度对荞麦物料特性的影响情况,并把不同品种、饱满度的荞麦喂入荞麦剥壳机组,进一步研究在荞麦剥壳过程中对流量变化以及一次剥壳率的影响,为提高荞麦剥壳加工效率,更好地改进荞麦剥壳机组提供理论依据。结果表明:品种的不同对内摩擦系数影响显著(P<0.05)、对休止角影响极显著(P<0.01),对其他参数及流量变化影响不显著,对一次剥壳率变化不明显;饱满度的不同对荞麦物料特性及流量变化的影响皆极显著(P<0.01),一次剥壳率随饱满度的增大而增大。

Abstract:  In the process of peeling buckwheat, productivity changes due to the variety and fullness of raw materials, which often leads to an insufficient or excessive supply of raw materials. For buckwheat of different varieties and fullness, their bulk density, angle of repose, sliding friction coefficient, internal friction coefficient, and other material characteristic parameters were measured respectively, and variance analysis was performed to determine the effect of variety and fullness on the material characteristics of buckwheat. The variety and fullness of buckwheat were fed into the buckwheat shelling unit to further study the influence of the flow rate and the rate of onetime shelling during the buckwheat shelling process This provided a theory for improving the buckwheat shelling processing efficiency and better improving the buckwheat shelling unit. The results showed that different varieties had a significant impact on the internal friction coefficient (P<0.05), a very significant impact on the angle of repose (P<0.01), no significant impact on other parameters and changes in flow, and no significant changes in the rate of onetime peeling. Also, the impact of different fullness of buckwheat material characteristics and flow changes were extremely significant (P<0.01), and the onetime peeling rate increased with the increase in fullness.
