自动移栽机工况信息监测系统设计与试验

Research and design of operation information monitoring system for automatic transplanter

摘要: 针对自动移栽机工作状况信息的实时监测问题,使操作人员在作业过程中直观的监控移栽机作业情况,设计一种移栽机工况信息监测系统。以自动穴盘苗移栽机为基础,将工控一体机作为上位机设备,与PLC和GNSS接收器进行信息交互,通过对数据的计算分析,以不同形式展示至监测界面。采用PYQT完成对工况信息监测系统软件的开发,将工况信息实时显示在上位机中并储存。通过对系统性能测试表明:钵苗转移各阶段显示检测准确率分别为99.2%、99.5%、99.2%,能够完成移栽机工况信息的实时监测并储存。

Abstract: In order to make the operators monitor the operation of the transplanter in the process of operationintuitively, a transplanter operation information monitoring system is designed. Based on the automatic plug seedling transplanter, the industrial control integrated machine is used as the upper computer equipment to exchange information with PLC and GNSS receivers. Through the calculation and analysis of the data, it is displayed to the monitoring interface in different forms. Pyqt is used to complete the development of the job information monitoring system software, and the job information is displayed and stored in the upper computer in realtime. The performance test of the system shows that the display and detection accuracy of each stage of bowl seedling transfer are 99.2%, 99.5%, and 99.2%, respectively. The monitoring system runs stably and reliably and can complete the realtime monitoring and storage of the working condition information of the transplanter.
