摘要:

在探讨气候智慧型农业(CSA)的概念演进及其核心价值基础上,阐述CSA在增强农业气候适应性、韧性,推动农业可持续发展,以及促进生态文明建设中的关键作用。综合分析国外CSA在提升农业综合生产力、增强气候变化应对能力、减少农业温室气体排放等方面的研究成果与实践成效,系统归纳我国CSA在政策引导、技术创新及实践探索方面的发展现状。针对我国CSA发展面临的挑战,提出构建完善的CSA发展体系、以CSA加速形成新质生产力以及深化国际合作与交流等建议,旨在为我国农业高质量可持续发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Based on an in‑depth exploration of the conceptual evolution and core values of Climate‑Smart Agriculture (CSA), this study elaborated on the key role of CSA in enhancing agricultural adaptability and resilience to climate change, thereby advancing sustainable agricultural development, and contributing to the broader goal of ecological civilization. A comprehensive analysis was conducted on international research achievements and practical applications of CSA, particularly its effectiveness in improving overall agricultural productivity, strengthening climate change resilience, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from agricultural activities. Furthermore, the current development status of CSA in China was systematically reviewed, focusing on aspects such as policy frameworks, technological innovation, and field‑level implementation. In view of the challenges facing CSA development in China, the study proposed several recommendations: the establishment of a comprehensive CSA development system, the acceleration of new productivity paradigms through CSA, and the promotion of deeper international cooperation and exchange. These suggestions aim to support the high‑quality, sustainable advancement of agriculture in China and provide strategic guidance for future efforts in climate‑smart agricultural transformation.
