混合指标条件下基于熵权GRA-TOPSIS的采棉机选型研究

摘要: 针对采棉机选型过程中以主观经验为主,缺乏客观地评价体系且各机型的指标取值具有不确定性、不相容性等问题,构建混合指标条件下基于熵权GRA-TOPSIS的采棉机选型模型。以采棉机为研究对象,构建采棉机选型评价指标体系,利用多属性决策和熵权相结合的方法,计算各机型评价指标权重,结合GRA法和TOPSIS法,从数据曲线相似性和位置关系二维空间上反映备选机型与理想机型的贴近度,并对采棉机各机型进行综合排序。以新疆生产建设兵团10种六行采棉机为例进行验证,计算得出机型的优选排序为G4>G5>G8>G6>G3>G1>G2>G9>G10>G7。实证分析表明,所构建的模型对采棉机选型评价具有较好的实用性和有效性,为采棉机选型提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:  Aiming to solve the problems of subjective experience,  lack of objective evaluation system,  uncertainty,  and incompatibility of index values of various models in the selection process of cotton pickers,  the paper constructs a cotton picker selection model based on entropy weight GRA-TOPSIS under mixed index conditions. Taking cotton pickers as the research object,  the evaluation index system for selecting cotton pickers was established,  and the evaluation index weight of each model was calculated by combining multiattribute decisionmaking with entropy weight. Combined with the GRA method and TOPSIS method to reflect the closeness of alternative models to the ideal model from the twodimensional space of data curve similarity and position relationship and to comprehensively rank each model of cotton pickers. Taking 10 kinds of sixrow cotton pickers in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as an example,  the preferred ranking of the models was calculated as follows: G4>G5>G8>G6>G3>G1>G2>G9>G10>G7. The empirical analysis shows that the established model has good practicability and effectiveness for the evaluation of cotton picker selection, and provides a new method for the selection of cotton picker.
