不同调理剂对尾菜沼渣与羊粪共堆肥腐殖化及养分含量的影响

Impact of different conditioners on humification and nutrient content during co-composting of vegetable waste biogas residue and sheep manure

摘要: 为探究不同调理剂对尾菜沼渣与羊粪共堆肥腐殖化及养分含量的影响,以尾菜沼渣和羊粪为主要原料,分别选用3组调理剂(玉米秸秆、玉米芯和小麦秸秆)进行好氧堆肥处理。通过检测堆肥过程中相关指标,评价不同调理剂的作用效果。结果表明,玉米秸秆、玉米芯和小麦秸秆均能促进尾菜沼渣好氧堆肥,高温持续时间为7~12d、含水率为24.2%~29.9%、pH值为7.8、电导率为2.4~3.1mS/cm、种子发芽指数为87.1%~98.3%、有机质含量为65.0%~71.6%、总养分含量为6.7%~7.9%。与小麦秸秆相比,玉米秸秆和玉米芯可不同程度提高堆体腐殖化系数和腐殖化指数,腐殖质含量增长显著。其中,玉米芯处理组腐殖质含量、聚合程度和胡敏酸占有率最高,分别为72.67g/kg、71.73%和31.11%。玉米秸秆和玉米芯均可作为尾菜沼渣与羊粪共堆肥的调理剂,玉米芯效果最佳。

Abstract: To assess the effects of different conditioners on humification and nutrition content during the co-composting of vegetable waste biogas residue and sheep manure, this study employed aerobic composting using three types of conditioners: corn straw, corn cob and wheat straw. The composting performance was evaluated by monitoring key indices throughout the composting process. The results indicated that all three conditioners effectively promoted the aerobic composting. The composting process featured a high-temperature phase lasting 7 to 12 days, with moisture content ranging from 24.2% to 29.9%, pH around 7.8, electrical conductivity (EC) between 2.4 and 3.1 mS/cm, germination index (GI) ranging from 87.1% to 98.3%, organic matter content between 65.0% and 71.6%, and total nutrient content ranging from 6.7% to 7.9%. Compared to wheat straw, both corn straw and corn cob improved the humification coefficient (HR) and humification index (HI) of the composting pile to varying degrees, significantly increasing humic substance content. Among the treatments, the corn cob group achieved the highest humic substance content (72.67 g/kg), with an aggregation degree (DP) of 71.73% and a humic acid proportion (PHA) of 31.11%. In summary, both corn straw and corn cob are effective conditioners for co-composting vegetable waste biogas residue and sheep manure, with corn straw showing the best overall performance.
