摘要: 蓝莓是一种种植面积较大的经济作物,在其种植过程中严重依赖于繁重的人工劳动,存在劳动强度大和劳动成本高的问题,因此发展蓝莓机械化是未来发展趋势。基于此,总结蓝莓机械化技术和装备研究现状,重点阐述水肥一体化各个阶段的发展技术要点,介绍蓝莓采收的技术难点以及要点,指出机械振动式、气力式和采收机器人等采摘方式的优缺点。同时从机械式和机器视觉式两种分选方式对蓝莓机械化分选进行全面分析。指出我国蓝莓机械化存在种植规模小和种植模式多样的问题,提出我国蓝莓种植机械化应朝小型化、模块化、电动化、轻简化发展,并且对农机农艺相融合、信息化(自主监控系统作业、蓝莓品质动态溯源系统)等发展趋势进行展望。

Abstract: Blueberry is a kind of cash crop with large planting area, which relies heavily on heavy manual labor in the planting process, and has problems of high labor intensity and high labor cost. Therefore, the development of mechanization of blueberry is the future development trend. Based on this, the current situation of blueberry mechanization technology and equipment research is summarized, the key development technology points of each stage of water and fertilizer integrated are expounded, the technical difficulties and points of blueberry harvesting are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of picking methods such as mechanical vibration type, pneumatic type and harvesting robot are pointed out. At the same time, the blueberry mechanical sorting is comprehensively analyzed from two kinds of sorting methods: mechanical and machine vision. It was pointed out that the mechanization of blueberry planting in China had the problems of small planting scale and diverse planting patterns, and the mechanization of blueberry planting in China should be developed towards miniaturization, modularization, electrification, light simplification, and the development trend of agricultural machinery and agronomic integration and information technology (autonomous monitoring system operation, blueberry quality dynamic traceability system) was forecasted.
