单轨式运输机牵引鞍座随机振动与疲劳寿命分析

摘要:

近年来,我国成熟单轨式运输机普遍采用铰接于轨道的工作模式,存在无法随时拆卸、使用地点受限的问题。为明确优化后牵引鞍座对轻量化自走输运车作业适用性及疲劳寿命,开展牵引鞍座随机振动疲劳寿命仿真分析试验。以单轨式运输机牵引鞍座为研究对象,建立实际工况下的等效有限元模型并进行模态分析,利用振型叠加法描述随机振动下牵引鞍座结构的 RMises应力响应分布,保证模型的合理性。采用 GB/T 21563—2018标准中的加速度功率谱作为激励载荷,根据频域随机疲劳理论,应用有限元分析软件 ANSYS Fatigue Tool模块分析牵引鞍座在随机振动下的疲劳寿命,评估牵引鞍座的振动疲劳特性。试验结果表明,单轨式运输机牵引鞍座的随机振动疲劳寿命约为 35 863. 5 h,为后续研制、优化丘陵山地输运通用装载装置提供一定理论基础。

Abstract:

In recent years,China′s mature monorail transport aircraft generally adopts the working mode of hinged on the track,which has the problems of being unable to disassemble at any time and limited use locations. In order to clarify the operation applicability and fatigue life of the optimized traction saddle for the lightweight self.propelled transport vehicles, a random vibration fatigue life simulation test of the traction saddle was carried out. Taking the monorail conveyor traction saddle as the research object,its equivalent finite element model under actual working conditions was established and modal analysis was carried out,and the RMises stress response distribution of the traction saddle structure under random vibration was described by using the mode shape superposition method,ensuring the plausibility of the model. By using the acceleration power spectrum in the GB/T 21563—2018 standard as the excitation load,according to the random fatigue theory in the frequency domain,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Fatigue Tool module was used to analyze the fatigue life of the traction saddle under random vibration,evaluating the vibration fatigue characteristics of traction saddles. The test results show that the random vibration fatigue life of the monorail transport traction saddle is about 35 863. 5 h,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent development and optimization of the general loading device for hilly and mountainous transportation.
