河北省县域农业碳排放空间演化及对策

Spatial evolution and countermeasures of county agricultural carbon emission in Hebei Province

摘要: 为更加明晰河北省县域农业碳排放现状,推进农业碳减排进程,基于2014—2020年数据对河北省118个县(包括县级市)农业碳排放量进行测算,考虑到河北省县域地形地貌的差异,进一步借助农作物播种面积,测算农业碳排放强度,并研究其近七年的年均变化率,发现农业碳排放量与农业碳排放强度的空间分布规律存在一定的差异,但两者近两年均明显下降。农业碳排放量具有正向空间相关性,且研究期间空间相关性先逐渐增强后迅速减弱。根据LISA聚集图发现,在平原地区呈现出H-H集聚,但是自2017年开始L-H集聚区逐渐在H-H集聚区内扩张,在张家口和承德海拔较高的县呈现出L-L集聚,年际间波动甚微。为进一步减少河北省县域农业碳排放,需提高农资利用效率,改良土壤环境;政府加强低碳农业宣传,加大低碳农业财政支持;结合县域特色,发展农旅融合模式;充分利用空间溢出效应,协同推进农业碳减排进程。

Abstract: In order to clarify the current situation of agricultural carbon emissions at county level in Hebei Province and promote the process of agricultural carbon emission reduction, the agricultural carbon emissions of 118 counties (including countylevel cities) in Hebei Province were calculated based on the data from 2014 to 2020. Considering the differences in terrain and landform in counties of Hebei Province, it further calculates the agricultural carbon emission intensity with the help of agricultural crop planting area, and studies its annual average change rate in recent seven years. It found that there was a certain difference between the spatial distribution of agricultural carbon emissions and agricultural carbon emission intensity, but both had decreased significantly in recent two years. Agricultural carbon emissions had a positive spatial correlation, and during the study period, the spatial correlation gradually increased and then rapidly weakened. The LISA aggregation map showed its evolution law in local space. It also found that H-H aggregation appeared in the plain area, but since 2017, L-H aggregation area had gradually expanded in the H-H aggregation area. In Zhangjiakou and Chengde counties with higher elevations, L-L aggregation appears, with little fluctuation between years. In order to further reduce agricultural carbon emissions in Hebei Province, it is necessary to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural materials and improve the soil environment. The government should strengthen the publicity of lowcarbon agriculture and increase the financial support for lowcarbon agriculture. It should combine the characteristics of county and develop the integration mode of agriculture and tourism. It is necessary to make full use of the spatial spillover effect to promote the process of agricultural carbon emission reduction.
