数字普惠金融与农业高质量发展的耦合互动

Coupling interaction between digital inclusive finance and highquality agricultural development

摘要: 探讨数字普惠金融与农业高质量发展关系,有利于准确掌握两系统的互动关系,为促进农业高质量发展提供理论依据和决策参考。基于2011—2019年中国31个省份的面板数据,测算数字普惠金融与农业高质量发展的耦合协调度,并采用面板向量自回归模型研究两个系统的互动关系。研究结果表明:全国农业高质量发展水平均值变动区间为0.188~0.252,整体水平偏低,东部均值增长最为迅猛,增长率为38%,中部和西部地区增长率分别为26%、35%,地区差异明显;数字普惠金融发展与农业高质量发展的耦合协调度由0.288上升到0.530,东部各省市耦合协调度均值在0.440~0.595范围内,西部地区均值在0.374~0.432范围内,在空间格局分布上呈现“东高西低”的不均衡状态;数字化程度与农业高质量发展的耦合协调度均值由0.297上涨到0.557,总体的耦合协调主动力来自数字化程度的提高,覆盖广度、使用深度发展相对缓慢,一定程度上限制了数字普惠金融与农业高质量发展的耦合协调水平的提升;数字普惠金融与农业高质量发展能够相互促进,其中,数字普惠金融对农业高质量发展的促进作用相对更强。

Abstract: Exploring the relationship between digital inclusive finance and highquality agricultural development is conducive to accurately grasping the interaction between the two systems, and also provides theoretical basis and decisionmaking reference for promoting highquality agricultural development. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019, the coupling coordination degree between digital financial inclusion and highquality agricultural development is calculated, and the panel vector autoregression model is used to study the interaction between the two systems. The research results show that the average change range of the national agricultural highquality development level is 0.188-0252, and the overall level is relatively low. The average growth rate in the east is the fastest, with a growth rate of 38%, and the growth rates in the central and western regions are 26% and 35%, respectively. The difference is obvious. The degree of coupling coordination between the development of digital inclusive finance and highquality agricultural development has increased from 0.288 to 0.530. The average degree of coupling coordination in the eastern provinces and cities is in the range of 0.440-0.595, and the average in the western region is in the range of 0.374-0.432, showing an unbalanced state of "high in the east and low in the west" in spatial pattern distribution. The average value of the degree of coupling and coordination between the degree of digitization and the highquality development of agriculture has increased from 0.297 to 0.557. The overall main driving force of coupling and coordination comes from the improvement of the digitization degree. The breadth of coverage and the depth of use develops relatively slowly, which limits the improvement of coupling coordination level of digital inclusive finance and highquality development of agriculture to a certain extent. Digital inclusive finance and highquality agricultural development can promote each other, among which digital inclusive finance has a relatively stronger role in promoting highquality agricultural development.
