摘要: 海洋牧场往往建设在电网无法到达的海域里,是需要自主供电的能源系统,分布式发电以其灵活性,可靠性,高效性,成为海洋牧场供电方案的首选。针对海洋牧场分布式电源电能质量中的谐波问题,提出基于瞬时无功理论的ip-iq法检测谐波,采用并联型APF(有源滤波器)抑制谐波。通过MATLAB的仿真试验,证实了ip-iq法检测谐波在实时性上优于传统的傅里叶分析法,同时在电网电压波形畸变或非线性负载的情况下准确性优于p-q法;APF能根据检测出的谐波,实时产生与其反相位的补偿电流。试验结果表明:采用ip-iq法检测谐波,APF抑制谐波,电源的总谐波畸变率由1677%下降到4.44%。为海洋牧场类型的分布式电源的电能质量中的谐波检测和抑制处理提供一种新的思路。

Abstract:  Marine ranching required selfsufficient electrical power because they were often built near coastal areas that were not accessible to the grid. Distributed power generation offered flexibility, reliability, and efficiency for this application. This research aimed to propose a powerquality management system that detects harmonics using ip-iq method based on the instantaneous reactive power theory, and then suppressing those harmonics using parallel active power filtering (APF). Simulation experiments in MATLAB showed that the ip-iq method detected harmonics more rapidly than traditional Fourier analysis. If the voltage waveform was distorted or the load was nonlinear, the harmonics were detected more consistently than p-q method. APF could generate opposite phase compensating current in real time that effectively suppress the harmonics detected by the ip-iq method. The test results showed that harmonic detection and suppression based on ip-iq method and APF reduced the total harmonic distortion (THD) from 16.77% to 4.44%. This research provided a new idea for harmonic detection and suppression in marine ranching distributed generation power quality.
