板齿式轴流玉米脱粒分离装置设计与试验

Design and experiment of plate and tooth type axial flow corn threshing and separating device

摘要: 针对黑龙江地区玉米脱粒过程中破碎率和未脱净率高的问题,设计板齿式轴流玉米脱粒分离装置,对其关键部件的参数进行设计计算,利用制图软件建立整体试验台的三维模型。试验将凹板栅格尺寸、滚筒转速、喂入量作为影响因素,将籽粒破碎率和未脱净率作为性能指标,在自制的玉米脱粒分离装置试验台上展开单因素和多因素的试验研究,并运用Design-Expert 12.0数据分析软件对试验结果展开分析及优化求解。结果表明:试验因素对籽粒破碎率的影响从大到小依次为凹板栅格尺寸、喂入量、滚筒转速,对未脱净率的影响从大到小依次为喂入量、凹板栅格尺寸、滚筒转速;最优参数组合为:凹板栅格尺寸18 mm、滚筒转速199 r/min、喂入量2.1 kg/s,此时籽粒破碎率最小值为2.39%,未脱净率最小值为0.21%。最后对最优参数组合进行试验验证,验证结果与优化结果的相对误差满足要求。

Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of high crushing rate and uncleaned rate in the process of corn threshing in Heilongjiang region, the plate‑tooth axial flow corn threshing and separating device was designed, and the parameters of its key components was designed and calculated, and the three‑dimensional model of the overall test bench was established by using the mapping software. The dimensions of the concave plate grid, drum speed and feeding volume were taken as the influencing factors, and the crushing rate and uncleaned rate were taken as the performance indexes, the  single‑factor and multi‑factor experiments were carried out on the homemade corn threshing and separating device test bench, and Design-Expert 12.0 data analysis software was used to analyze the experimental results and optimize the solution. The results showed that the influence of the test factors on the kernel breakage rate was from the largest to the smallest in the order of concave plate grid size, feeding volume and drum speed, and the influence on the unthreshing rate was from the largest to the smallest in the order of feeding volume, concave plate grid size and drum speed, the optimal combination of parameters was as follows: Concave plate grid size 18 mm, drum speed 199 r/min, feeding volume 2.1 kg/s. The minimum value of the seed crushing rate was 2.39% and the minimum value of the uncleaned rate was 0.21%. Finally, the optimal parameter combinations are verified experimentally, and the relative error between the verification results and the optimization results meets the requirements.
