基于CiteSpase的花生壳—花生脱壳可视化分析

摘要: 花生脱壳技术决定脱壳产物—花生仁与花生壳的加工品质,花生壳的应用日趋广泛,探析其研究现状和发展趋势,对促进花生产业发展至关重要。运用CiteSpace软件对2012—2022年Web of Science核心合集数据库相关文献进行可视化分析,并结合文献研究法对相关文献的具体内容进行总结与展望。研究结果表明:花生壳应用的研究热度和重视程度呈迅速上升趋势;研究学者之间合作紧密;中国和美国是主要发文国家,中国科学院和美国农业部是主要发文机构;花生壳、脱壳、活性炭等关键词受到高度关注;从发展趋势看,机械性能、响应面分析、重金属吸附、生物油、有效去除、氧化物等研究是未来的热点;花生壳与花生仁的应用研究具有同等重要的地位。为获得高品质的花生仁与花生壳,应该从花生收获、清选、干燥、储藏、品质分级、脱壳加工等多个环节进行技术创新,为其应用提供更好的质量保障。

Abstract: Peanut husking technology determines the processing quality of peanut kernel and peanut shell. The application of peanut shells is becoming more and more widespread. Exploring the research status and development trend of peanut husking technology is essential. The CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the literature related to the core collection database of Web of Science from 2012 to 2022, and the specific content of the literature was summarized and prospected in combination with the literature research method. The results showed that the research popularity and importance of the application of peanut shells were increasing rapidly. Close collaboration among researchers: China and the United States are the primary authors, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the United States Department of Agriculture are the primary authors. The keywords such as peanut shell shelled and activated carbon are highly concerned. From the perspective of development trends, mechanical properties, response surface analysis, heavy metal adsorption, biological oil, effective removal, oxides, and other studies are the hot spots in the future. The application research of peanut shells and peanut kernels is equally essential. In order to obtain highquality peanut kernel and peanut shell, technical innovation should be carried out from the aspects of peanut harvesting, cleaning, drying, storage, quality classification, husking processing, etc., to provide better quality assurance for its application.
