免耕播种机镇压力精准调控研究

Research on precise regulation of notillage seeder compaction pressure

摘要: 针对目前玉米免耕播种机镇压效果差、镇压强度施加不精准的问题,设计一种免耕播种机镇压力精准调节装置。该装置主要由柔性传力装置、镇压强度调节机构和镇压轮组成。对柔性传力装置进行力学分析,确定柔性传力装置的力学性能;对镇压轮进行受力分析,确定镇压轮工作过程,寻求土壤含水率、橡胶扭转角度、作业速度与土壤紧实度、作业阻力的关系。利用有限元法结合workbench软件对柔性传力装置进行仿真分析,得到扭矩与扭转角度的关系。并进行田间性能试验,采用正交试验考察土壤含水率、橡胶扭转角度、作业速度对镇压装置作业性能的影响,得到各因素的主次顺序为橡胶扭转角度、土壤含水率、作业速度,最优组合为土壤含水率17.093%、作业速度5.655 km/h、橡胶扭转角度15°,此时土壤紧实度为56.8 kPa,作业阻力为109.6 N。试验表明免耕播种机镇压力精准调节装置能够满足农艺要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the current corn notillage planter has poor compaction pressure effect and imprecise application of compaction pressure intensity, a precise adjustment device for the compaction pressure of notillage seeder was designed. The device was mainly composed of a flexible force transmission device, a compaction pressure strength adjusting mechanism, and a pressing wheel. The mechanical analysis of the flexible force transmission device was carried out to determine the mechanical properties of the flexible force transmission device; the stress of the roller was analyzed, the working process of the roller was determined, and the relationship between soil moisture content, rubber torsion angle, running speed and soil compactness and running resistance were sought. Using the finite element method combined with the workbench software, the flexible force transmission device was simulated and analyzed, and the relationship between the torque and the torsion angle was obtained. The field performance test was also carried out, and the orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of soil moisture content, rubber torsion angle, and operating speed on the performance of the press device. The results showed that the primary and secondary order of each factor was rubber torsion angle, soil moisture content, and operation speed; the optimum combination was that the soil moisture content was 17093%, the working speed was 5.655 km/h, and the rubber torsion angle was 15°; the soil compactness was 56.8 kPa, and the working resistance was 109.6 N at this time. The test shows that the precise adjustment device of ballast pressure of notill planter can meet the agronomic requirements.
