西北干旱区深松旋耕联合整地机设计与试验

Design and experiment of subsoiling rotary tillage combined soil preparation machine in northwest arid area

摘要:

针对甘肃省河西地区土壤板结、耕层变浅和犁底层加厚而出现的土壤蓄水保墒能力下降的问题,设计一次进地可完成深松、旋耕、碎土等多项作业工序的1SZL-1600型深松旋耕联合整地机。介绍整机的基本结构和工作原理,以及25~45 cm设计深松深度、8~16 cm设计旋耕深度和“人”字型排列等7个深松铲主要技术参数,对机具的弯刀破土深松铲、旋耕刀和铰接机构等主要工作部件进行理论分析和结构设计,确定机具作业合格率的主要技术参数,并对整机进行田间性能试验。结果表明,在试验地土壤坚实度为974.4 kPa、土壤含水率为13.26%及耕前植被覆盖量为35.9 g/m2时,深松深度为33.1 cm,旋耕深度为11.67 cm,土壤膨松度为16.04%,土壤扰动系数为57.24%,各项指标达到设计要求和相关标准要求。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of soil water storage and moisture conservation capacity decline caused by soil compaction, shallow plough layer and plough bottom thickening in Hexi area of Gansu Province, a 1SZL-1600 subsoiling and rotary tillage combined soil preparation machine was designed, which could complete subsoiling, rotary tillage, soil crushing and other operations at one time. This paper introduced the basic structure of the whole machine, the working principle of the storage tank with a certain width in the bottom of the soil, and the main technical parameters of 7 subsoiling shovels with a depth of 25-45 cm, a depth of 8-16 cm and a “man” font arrangement. The main working parts of the machine, such as scimitar subsoiling shovel, rotary tilling knife and articulated mechanism, were analyzed theoretically and designed structurally. The main technical parameters of the qualified rate of the machine were determined, and the field performance test of the whole machine was carried out. The results of the performance test showed that when the soil firmness of the test site was 974.4 kPa, the soil moisture content was 13.26%, and the vegetation coverage before tillage was 35.9 g/m2, the subsoiling depth after the operation of the machine was 33.1 cm, the rotary tillage depth was 11.67 cm, the soil bulking degree was 16.04%, and the soil disturbance coefficient was 57.24%. The indicators meet the design requirements and related standard requirements.
