拉力式甘蔗剥叶机风倒机构设计与试验

 Design and test of wind reversal mechanism for pulling sugarcane leaf stripper

摘要: 针对拉力式甘蔗剥叶机过程中蔗叶与蔗茎之间的干涉现象,设计一种蔗叶风倒机构,通过减少蔗叶与蔗茎之间相互干涉,以达到降低含杂率和提高断尾率的目的。以风倒机构的转速等为条件,运用ADAMS进行虚拟样机仿真,模拟甘蔗叶在受到风倒机构作用时被推开的过程以及受力情况,验证风倒机构能减少蔗叶与蔗茎之间的干涉现象。在仿真分析的基础上,对改进后的物理样机进行试验,并对改进前后的试验结果进行对比分析。试验结果表明:改进后的拉力式甘蔗剥叶机具有更好的剥叶效果,含杂率降低将近2.0%,断尾率也提高3.0%左右,且满足糖厂对原料蔗的进厂要求。

Abstract:  Aiming at  the interference between cane leaves and cane stems in the process of pulling sugarcane leaf stripper, a cane leaf wind reversal mechanism was designed to achieve the purpose of reducing the rate of impurity and improving the rate of tail breakage by reducing the interference between cane leaves and cane stems. Based on the rotational speed and other conditions of the wind reversing mechanism, the virtual prototype simulation was carried out by using ADAMS to simulate the process and the force situation of sugarcane leaves pushed away by the wind reversal mechanism, and to verify that the wind reversal mechanism could reduce the interference phenomenon between cane leaves and cane stems. On the basis of simulation analysis, the improved physical prototype is tested, and the experimental results before and after the improvement were compared and analyzed. The results show that the improved pulling cane leaf stripper has better leaf stripping effect. The impurity rate is reduced by nearly 2.0%, and the tail breaking rate is improved by about 3.0%. It meets the requirements of sugar mills for raw cane.
