技术吸收、推广服务对山区茶叶种植户生产效率差距的空间溢出效应

摘要: 从地理空间层面探究技术吸收能力与农技推广服务水平对山区茶叶种植户生产效率的影响,有助完善山区农技推广服务体系,促进茶叶种植户生产效率提高。通过构建基于空间回归偏微分方程的空间Durbin模型,利用贵州省山区茶叶种植户实地调研数据,就技术吸收能力、农技推广服务对山区茶叶种植户生产效率差距的空间影响进行实证研究。结果表明:山区茶叶种植户之间生产效率差距较大,并在空间分布上具有明显的正自相关关系;茶叶种植户技术吸收能力中,技术运用能力不仅有助于缩小区域内茶叶种植户生产效率差距,而且还对缩小邻近区域茶叶种植户生产效率差异具有正向溢出效应,技术融合能力仅对缩小区域内茶叶种植户生产效率差距产生正影响;农技推广服务中,参与示范基地和获取技术扶持政策对扩大区域内茶叶种植户的生产效率差距具有显著正影响,生产性资金服务对缩小区域内和区域间茶叶种植户的生产效率差距具有显著正向影响。

Abstract: Exploring the impact of technology absorption and agricultural technology extension service on the production efficiency of tea farmers from a geographical spatial perspective can improve the agricultural technology promotion service system and the production efficiency of tea farmers. Based on the survey data of main tea‑producing areas in Guizhou Province and the spatial Durbin model, this paper discusses the impacts of technology absorption and agricultural technology extension service on the production efficiency gap of tea farmers in mountainous areas. The results show that the production efficiency of farmers is on the low level and large gap, and exists spatial auto‑correlation. In the technology absorption capability system, the technology application capability of farmer has not only positive effect to narrow the gap of production efficiency inside the village, but also has positive spillover effect to narrow the gap of production efficiency outside the village. The technology integration capability only has positive effect to narrow the gap of production technical efficiency of farmers inside the village. In the agricultural technique extension service system, participating in the demonstration base and enjoying technology support policies have positive affects to widen the production efficiency gap of farmers inside the village, while accessing the production financial service has positive spillover impact to close the production efficiency gap of farmers inside and outside the village.
