钢索约束下喷杆臂的动力学行为数值模拟与试验

Numerical simulation and analysis of dynamic behavior of spray boom constrained by steel cable

摘要: 针对中小型喷杆喷雾机在田间作业时受障碍物激励,钢索约束下的喷杆臂易产生急停振荡,影响施药效果的问题,开展钢索约束的下喷杆臂动力学行为建模与试验研究。首先,建立钢索约束的下喷杆臂动态响应理论模型。然后在搭建的钢索约束下的喷杆臂振动试验系统上,研究在阶跃激励作用下喷杆臂的动态行为。采用多通道动态测试系统获取喷杆运动的时域响应特性,验证钢索约束的下喷杆臂动态响应理论模型的仿真结果,仿真结果与实验结果的相关系数最小值为0.910 4,最大相对误差为10.44%。建立的模型和实验结果为后续基于变阻尼的喷杆臂振动平衡控制研究奠定基础。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the small and mediumsized spray boom restrained by steel cable is easy to produce sudden stop oscillation when the sprayer is excited by obstacles in field operation, which affects the application effect, The dynamic behavior modeling and experimental study of spray boom restrained by steel cable were carried out. Firstly, a theoretical model of the dynamic response of spray boom restrained by steel cable was established, after which the dynamic behavior of the spray boom restrained by steel cable under step excitation was studied on the spray boom vibration test system. The timedomain response of spray boom movement was characterized using a multichannel dynamic test system, and the simulation results of the theoretical model of the dynamic response of spray boom restrained by steel cable were verified. The correlation coefficient between the simulated and experimental results was 0.910 4, and the maximum relative error was 10.44%. The model and experimental results established in this paper lay the foundation for the subsequent research on the vibration balance control of the spray boom based on variable damping.
