微型双侧电驱履带式鲜烟叶搬运机田间运行稳定性仿真研究

 Simulation study on operation stability of micro crawlertype fresh tobacco handling machine based on bilateral electric driving in the field

摘要: 为解决鲜烟叶在人工搬运过程中产生青痕、中大型搬运车山地烟田通过性差、小型轮式搬运机窄垄运行稳定性差等难题,以自主研发的微型双侧电驱履带式田间鲜烟叶搬运机(简称“烟叶搬运机”)为研究对象,重点对其在垄距狭窄、凹凸不平、沟坎散布等复杂地貌烟田中的多工况运行稳定性展开分析,以获得该搬运机的田间运行特性并优选出最佳运行参数。基于有限元分析平台Workbench,以履带轮下三角波激振信号模拟烟田复杂地貌产生的振动冲击,对烟叶搬运机展开整机瞬态动力学分析预测。重点关注不同工况下烟叶搬运机预应力模态、刚柔耦合动力学性能和随机振动特性。分析结果表明,避开在给定范围内以高速运行(10 km/h),可降低烟叶搬运机田间运行共振风险。运行速度7.5 km/h是该烟叶搬运机启动加速性能和随机振动特性的一个分界点,可获得最低应力应变响应(最小值分别为4.2 MPa,2.1×10-5 mm/mm)和最小变形响应(5.01 mm)。在缓速作业时,5 km/h为最佳运行参数,在满载返程时,7.5 km/h为相对最佳运行速度;在对应作业需求下,烟叶搬运机田间运行稳定性相对最优。

Abstract: To solve the problems facing small wheeled transporters in narrow ridge such as occurrence of green marks during manual handling of fresh tobacco leaves, poor trafficability of medium and large transporters in mountainous tobacco fields, and poor operation stability, a selfdeveloped micro crawlertype fresh tobacco handling machine based on bilateral electric driving (referred to as “tobacco handling machine”) was taken as the research object in this paper.Its multi operating stability in the tobacco fields with narrow ridge spacing, uneven ridges, and ditch dispersion was analyzed to obtain the field operation characteristics of the handling machine and select the best operation parameters. Based on finite element analysis platform Workbench, the triangular wave excitation under the crawler wheel was used to simulate the vibration impact from tobacco field complex landform, and the transient dynamic analysis and prediction of tobacco handling machine were carried out. The prestressed mode, rigid flexible coupling dynamic performance, and random vibration characteristics of tobacco handling machine under different working conditions were focused on. The results showed that the resonance risk of tobacco handling machine could be reduced by avoiding high speed operation (10 km/h) within a given range. The operating speed of 7.5 km/h was a dividing point between the acceleration performance and the random vibration characteristic of the tobacco handling machine. The minimum stress and strain response (minimum value was 4.2 MPa, and 2.1×10-5 mm/mm, respectively) and the minimum deformation response (5.01 mm) could be obtained. In the slowspeed operation stage, 5 km/h was the best operating parameter, and 7.5 km/h was the relative optimal operating speed when returning with full load. Under the corresponding operation requirements, the field operation stability of tobacco handling machine was relatively optimal.
