国家农业科技园区对区域农业经济增长的影响研究

Research on the impact of national agricultural science and technology parks on regional agricultural economic growth

摘要: 国家农业科技园作为以科技创新为支撑的新型现代农业发展模式,在培育农业农村发展新动能,促进农业综合经济效益提升方面发挥重要作用。为探索国家农业科技园区对区域农业经济增长的具体影响,基于2010—2019年中国254个地级市的数据,构建多期双重差分模型进行实证分析。研究结果显示,国家农业科技园区的建设能够促进地区农业经济增长提高3.9%,在更换被解释变量和考虑国家农业科技园区建设强度的情况下,回归结果依然稳健。进一步分析发现,技术创新在国家农业科技园区促进地区农业经济增长中发挥14.69%的中介效应。按区域和城市等级分组来看,国家农业科技园区显著地促进中西部地区和一般等级城市的农业经济增长,但对东部及省会城市的农业经济增长存在挤出效应。

Abstract:  As a new modern agricultural development model supported by scientific and technological innovation, national agricultural science and technology park plays an important role in cultivating new kinetic energy of agricultural and rural development and promoting the improvement of agricultural comprehensive economic benefits. In order to explore the specific impact of national agricultural science and technology parks on regional agricultural economic growth, based on the data of 254 prefecturelevel cities in China from 2010 to 2019, a multiperiod double difference model was constructed for empirical analysis. The results show that the construction of national agricultural science and technology parks can promote regional agricultural economic growth by 3.9%. The regression results are still robust when the explained variables are replaced and the construction intensity of national agricultural science and technology parks is considered. Further analysis shows that technological innovation plays an intermediary role of 14.69% in promoting regional agricultural economic growth in national agricultural science and technology parks. According to the grouping of regions and cities, the national agricultural science and technology park significantly promotes the agricultural economic growth in the central and western regions and cities of general level, but has a crowdingout effect on the agricultural economic growth in the eastern and provincial capital cities.
