鹅用乳头饮水器设计与试验

Design and tests of nipple drinker for goose

摘要: 针对目前水禽用乳头饮水器缺乏、肉鹅养殖采用鸡用乳头饮水器存在漏水严重、饮水效率低等问题,以肉鹅为研究对象,基于其喙部扁平状形态特征和“咬拽”式饮水生物学特点,设计鹅用限位式乳头饮水器。外壳出水端形状设计为扁嘴式,采用缩进式压杆,并添加限位罩,规范鹅饮水姿势,保证其饮水舒适的前提下减少漏水量,提高饮水效率。结果表明,与传统鸡用球阀乳头饮水器相比,新型饮水器漏水量减少,单位时间内平均每只鹅节水7.26g,起到改善舍内环境、提高肉鹅福利的作用;单位饮水量显著提升(P<0.01),平均每只鹅多饮水45.10 g/h,采食耗时节约26.4%,休息时间增加19.6%,试验期内肉鹅体增重增加9%,提高饲料利用率,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of lacking of nipple drinker for waterfowl, serious water leakage and low drinking efficiency in chicken nipple drinker for goose breeding, a posturerestricted nipple drinker for goose was designed based on the flat shape of goose beak and the biological characteristics of “bite and drag” while drinking water. Shape of the water outlet of the shell was designed as a flat-mouth shape and the strut was retracted into the shell end. In addition, a fish-mouth-shaped limit cover was added in order to standardize the drinking posture of the goose. Compared with the traditional ball valve nipple drinker for chicken, an average of 726g water for each goose was saved by using this new type of water fountain per hour, which improved the environment in the goose house and the welfare of goose. Moreover, water intake was significantly increased (P<0.01). On average, each goose drank 45.10 g more water per hour, the feeding time was saved by 26.4%, and the resting time was increased by 19.6%. Throughout the experiment, the body weight gaining in new type nipple drinker group increased by 9%, which improved the feed utilization rate and had a certain value of popularization and application.
