立式香蕉秸秆粉碎装置关键部件的优化设计与试验

Optimized design and test of key components of vertical banana straw crushing device

摘要: 为持续优化立式香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机的秸秆粉碎效果,对还田机粉碎装置关键部件进行优化设计。利用Fluent软件对优化后的结构仿真模拟,得到3种不同粉碎刀轴转速下粉碎室内截面压力云图和速度云图。以机具前进速度、刀轴转速和刀片折弯角为自变量,以秸秆粉碎合格率为应变量进行三因素三水平的田间试验,通过Design-Expert软件对试验结果进行数据分析,建立秸秆粉碎合格率的回归数学模型并进行方差分析,结果表明,最优参数组合机具前进速度为1.39 m/s,刀轴转速为1 500 r/min,刀片折弯角为139.28°,此时秸秆粉碎合格率为98.50%。通过验证试验,得到秸秆粉碎合格率为96.89%,与软件优化结果误差为1.61%。

Abstract: In order to continuously optimize the straw crushing effect of the vertical banana straw crushing and field returning machine, the key components of the crushing device of the field returning machine were optimized and designed. The optimized structure was simulated by Fluent software, and the pressure and velocity maps of the crushing chamber were obtained under three different speeds of the crushing knife shaft. A three‑factor and three‑level field experiment was conducted with the forward speed of the machine, the rotational speed of the knife shaft and the bending angle of the blade as independent variables, and the qualified rate of straw crushing as the dependent variable, and the data analysis of the experimental results was carried out through the Design-Expert software to establish the regression mathematical model of the qualified rate of straw crushing and carry out the analysis of variance.  The results show that the optimal combination of the parameters of the machine forward speed is 1.39 m/s, the rotational speed of the knife shaft is 1 500 r/min, the bending angle of the blade is 139.28°, and the qualified rate of straw crushing at this time is 98.50%. Through the verification test, the qualified rate of straw crushing is 96.89%, and the error with the software optimization result is 1.61%.
