基于自适应阈值优化的插电并联式混合动力拖拉机节能控制研究

Research on energy-saving control of plug-in parallel hybrid tractor based on adaptive threshold optimization

摘要:

为最大限度发挥电能在作业过程中的优势,以插电并联式混合动力拖拉机为研究对象,采用滚动优化的思想,提出基于时间窗口的自适应阈值优化混合动力拖拉机节能控制策略。搭建插电并联式混动拖拉机驱动系统模型,制订拖拉机多种能源模式切换策略,对关键阈值参数进行自适应优化研究。基于拖拉机犁耕工况,利用 Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,对文中策略与功率跟随策略进行仿真对比。结果表明:在循环犁耕工况下,基于时间窗口的自适应阈值优化混合动力拖拉机节能控制策略等效燃油消耗下降 8. 78%,为插电并联式混合动力拖拉机的节能控制提供新的控制方法。

Abstract:

Taking the plug.in parallel hybrid tractor as the research object,in order to maximize the advantages of electric energy in the process of operation,the idea of rolling optimization is adopted,and the energy.saving control strategy of hybrid tractor based on adaptive threshold optimization of time window is proposed. The drive system model of the plug.in parallel hybrid tractor is built,the switch strategy of the tractor′s multiple energy modes is formulated,and the adaptive optimization of the key threshold parameters is studied. Based on the tractor ploughing condition,the simulation comparison between the strategy in this paper and the power following strategy is carried out using the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform. The results show that the equivalent fuel consumption of the energy.saving control strategy of the hybrid tractor based on the adaptive threshold optimization of the time window is reduced by 8. 78% under the cycle plowing condition,which provides a new control method for the energy.saving control of the plug.in parallel hybrid tractor.
