9NTB型双向摆动旋转式牛体刷研制

摘要: 针对国内奶牛养殖过程中,奶牛牛体表面经常粘结泥土、粪便等污物,易滋生寄生虫,导致奶牛发炎患病,影响产奶量这一问题,总结国内外牛体刷的研究现状,设计一种9NTB型双向摆动旋转式牛体刷。该装置由安装座、转动铰接Ⅰ、L形支架、减速电机、转动铰接Ⅱ和滚刷组成。通过对奶牛的身高体型进行分析,确定L型支架参数:长0.9 m、宽0.6 m,安装座离地高度为2.22 m。通过对刷毛变形受力和对泥块的剪切力等计算分析,选取尼龙为刷毛材料,并确定刷毛的长度为135 mm,滚刷外径为440 mm、高度为600 mm,确定滚刷的工作转速为24 r/min。对奶牛受到的摩擦力进行校核,得到最大消耗功率为169.45 W,并选择相应的减速电机。试验表明:该牛体刷能够在两个平面内摆动,可以满足奶牛刷毛的需求,能有效清洁牛体的头部、背部和侧面,清洁度评分由3.4分降到1.6分,作业效果良好。

Abstract: In view of the fact that in the process of domestic dairy farming, the surface of the cow body is often bonded with dirt, feces and other dirt, which is easy to breed parasites, resulting in inflammation and disease of dairy cows, and affecting milk production, a 9NTB type twoway swing rotary cow body brush is designed by summarizing the research status of cow body brushes at home and abroad. The device is composed of a mounting base, a rotating articulation Ⅰ, an Lshaped support, a decelerating motor, a rotating articulation Ⅱ and a rolling brush. Based on the analysis of the height and body shape of dairy cows, the parameters of Lshaped support were determined as follows: length 0.9 m, width 0.6 m, and the height of the mounting base was 2.22 m from the ground. Through the calculation and analysis of the deformation force of the bristles and the shear force of the mud, nylon was selected as the bristle material, and the length of the bristles was determined to be 135 mm, the outer diameter of the rolling brush was 440 mm, the height was 600 mm, and the working speed of the rolling brush was determined to be 24 r/min. The friction force of the cow was checked, the maximum power consumption was 169.45 W, and the corresponding gear motor was selected. The experiment shows that the brush can swing in two planes, can meet the needs of the brush, and can effectively clean the head, back and side of the cow body. The cleanliness score is reduced from 3.4 to 1.6, and the operation effect is good.
