再生稻收获机作业效果综合评价分析

Comprehensive evaluation and analysis of operation effect of ratooning rice harvester

摘要: 为加快再生稻专用收获机的推广应用,助力再生稻扩种增产,农业农村部农业机械化总站组织对4台再生稻专用收获机进行综合测试。与常规水稻收获机相比,专用收获机收获损失率、含杂率、破碎率都达到行业标准的要求,直行碾压率降低约50%,最小离地间隙高于常规水稻收获机,平均接地压力略高于行业标准要求。在作业经济性方面,作业效率、燃油消耗量、作业成本基本持平于常规水稻收获机。用专用收获机收获的地块,其第二季水稻抽穗率略高。针对机艺融合的发展要求,提出加快整机结构优化、降低碾压率、提升信息化技术等方面的具体举措。

Abstract: In order to accelerate the popularization and application of special harvesters for ratooning rice and increase the yield of ratooning rice, a comprehensive test was carried out on four special harvesters for ratooning rice organized by China Agricultural Mechanization Center, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Compared with the conventional rice harvester, the yield loss rate, impurity content and crushing rate of the specialpurpose harvester could meet the requirements of the industry standard, the directrolling rate was reduced by about 50%, the minimum ground clearance was higher than that of the conventional rice harvester, the average grounding pressure was slightly higher than the requirements of industry standard. In the aspect of operation economy, operation efficiency, fuel consumption and operation cost were basically equal to those of conventional rice harvesters. The second rice heading rate of the plots harvested by special harvester was slightly higher. In addition, in view of the development of the integration of machine and technology, the paper puts forward specific measures to speed up the whole machine structure optimization, reduce the rolling rate and enhance the information technology.
