种绳高质量编织机设计与试验

Design and test of high quality knitting machine for seed rope

摘要: 针对农作物人工播种效率低的现状,设计一种种绳高质量编织机,实现将种子按照种距要求排放在种子带上并捻制成种绳的功能,确定排种器、凹形导向机构、正反向编织机构和种绳螺旋缠绕机构的结构及工作参数,并对控制系统进行设计。定距投种试验表明,在排种器转速为9r/min、排种器负压为2.2kPa、种子带进给速度为0.3m/s时,试验黄瓜组种距合格率为90.53%,油菜组种距合格率为95.1%,满足工作要求。

Abstract: In view of the low efficiency of artificial seeding of crops, a highquality seed rope braiding machine is designed to realize the function of placing seeds on the seed belt and twisting them into seed ropes according to the requirements of seed spacing. The structure and working parameters of the seeding apparatus, concave guide mechanism, forward and reverse braiding mechanism and the seed rope helical winding mechanism are guaranteed and the control system is designed. The fixeddistance seeding test shows that when the speed of the seedmetering device is 9 r/min, the negative pressure of the seedmetering device is 2.2 kPa, and the feeding speed of the seed belt is 0.3 m/s, the qualified rate of the test cucumber group seed spacing is 90.53%, and the pass rate of the group seed spacing is 95.1%, which can meet the work requirements.
