青贮玉米喂入切碎装置设计与试验#br#

Design and experiment of feeding and shredding device of silage corn

摘要: 为探究青贮饲料收获机功率分布情况,设计青贮玉米喂入切碎试验台。该试验台主要由插禾运输机、喂入装置、切碎装置和测控系统等组成,测控系统可实时采集喂入装置和切碎装置的扭矩和转速等信息,进而得到各个部件的功率消耗。为验证该试验台的工作性能,以青贮玉米秸秆为试验对象,以喂入速度和功率为试验因素进行多次试验,得到喂入装置和切碎装置的空载功率分别为1.5 kW和2.0 kW,满载瞬时最大功率可达5.8 kW和29 kW,标准草长率为87.44%。本研究可为青贮饲料收获机的进一步优化提供数据参考和技术支持。

Abstract: In order to study the power distribution of silage harvester, a device of feeding and shredding of silage corn was designed. The test bench was mainly composed of a conveyor of corn straw, feeding device, shredding apparatus and measurement and control system etc. The measurement and control system can collect the torque and rotational speed information of feeding device and shredding apparatus, and then calculate the dates of energy consumption of each device. In order to test the performance of the test bench, an experiment through using the feeding speed and the power consumption as the experimental factors used on corn silage straw was carried out. By the analysis of the test data, the noload power of the feeding device was 1.5 kW, the empty power of shredding apparatus was 2.0 kW, the full load power of the feeding device was 5.8 kW, the full load power of the shredding apparatus was 29 kW, standard grass length rate was 87.44%. The research results show that test bench can provide data reference and technical support for design of silage harvester working parameters.
