特色林果业作业平台设计与试验

Design and experiment of operation platform for characteristic forest and fruit industry

摘要: 为实现果园机械化管理生产,产业的提质增效,促进现代林果业的健康可持续发展,结合新疆兵团的实际情况,研制开发适用于特色林果业的采摘升降作业平台。对果园机具的整机结构和关键部件进行计算设计、优化选型,通过实地测试,确定行走、转弯、爬坡、升降、采摘等各项性能参数指标。测试结果表明:相对于人工作业,升降平台机械作业采摘效率提高50.31%,采摘量提高41 kg/h,集采摘、运输、修剪等各种功能于一体,同时又降低生产成本、保障作业人员的人身安全、减轻工作强度和提高劳动舒适性。

Abstract: In order to realize orchard mechanization management and production, improving quality and efficiency of industry, promoting the healthy and sustainable development for modern forest and fruit industry, a picking lifting operation platform suitable for characteristic forest and fruit industry was researched and developed considering with the actual situation of Xinjiang Corps. The overall structure and key components of orchard machinery were calculated, designed, and optimized. The walking, turning, climbing, lifting, picking, and other performance parameters through field tests. The test results showed that compared with manual operation, the picking efficiency of lifting platform mechanical operation increased by 50.31%, and the picking quantity increased by 41 kg/h, which integrates picking, transportation, pruning, and other functions, which reduced production cost, ensured the personal safety of operators, reduced work intensity, and improves labor comfort.
