类球体果实生物力学特性研究综述

摘要: 农产品果实在采集、运输、加工处理和储存等过程中不可避免会受到各种外部载荷,从而对果实造成机械损伤,因此全面深入了解果实的生物力学特性,对于现代农业的发展进步具有重要意义。尽管国内外学者对于果实的生物力学特性进行大量研究,然而尚无针对类球体果实生物力学特性的综述。为深入了解类球体果实的生物力学特性,总结果实力学特性的研究方法,重点讨论果实压缩力学特性、果皮拉伸力学特性和果实冲击力学特性三个方面的研究现状及进展。分析果实储存时间、储存温度和果实成熟度对其力学特性的影响,得出果实力学特性随影响因素变化的大致规律。通过对研究进展分析,指出果实生物力学特性的发展趋势。本文旨在为今后各种类球体农产品果实的生物力学特性研究提供研究方向和解决方法。

Abstract:  In the process of collection, transportation, processing, and storage, agricultural products are inevitably subjected to various external loads and damage. Therefore, a comprehensive and indepth understanding of the biomechanical properties of agricultural products is of great significance to the development and progress of modern agriculture. Although scholars at home and abroad have done a great number of research on the biomechanical properties of fruits, there is no research review on the biomechanical properties of spheroid fruits. In order to understand the biomechanical properties of spheroid fruits indepth, this paper summarized the research methods of fruit mechanical properties, focusing on the research status and progress in three aspects: fruit compression mechanical properties, peel tensile mechanical properties, and fruit impact mechanical properties. The effects of fruit storage time, storage temperature, and fruit maturity on its mechanical properties were analyzed, and the general rules of fruit mechanical properties changing with influencing factors were obtained. Through the analysis of research progress, the development trend of fruit biomechanical properties was pointed out. The summarized research directions and solutions can be used to study the biomechanical properties of various spheroid agricultural products in the future, which is the purpose of this article.
